Anyone who believes designing a successful website is easy should attempt the following:

Find someone you know well (because you will come to blows), sit in front of the same PC, and attempt to achieve a mutual objective, like booking a holiday, searching for restaurant reviews or checking out the price of flights.

It is a frustrating exercise.  I’m tempted to say that no two people in the world navigate a website in the same way.  An exaggeration, maybe, but it’s an activity we at Zeitguise are going to repeat more often in the future.  It is imperative if we are to get ever closer to building beautiful, perfectly intuitive websites which fulfil every visitor’s needs.
